What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading your venue to its full potential from the gaming floor to the bar.

  • Creating a culture where customers feel valued and teams feel proud to belong.

Qualifications What You Bring

  • Experience leading large teams in high volume, customer led environments.
  • A commercial mindset with confidence using data and managing P&L.
  • Resilience paired with confidence and assured decision making.
  • Strong judgement in regulated or standards driven settings.
  • Proven ability to develop others and help shape a great working culture.
  • Able to work a mix of daytime and evening shifts, including some weekends when needed.
  • A natural connection with customers and a people centred approach.
