Maidenhead (Hybrid – 3 days in the office) | Permanent Up to £50,000 per annum
This isn’t your typical finance role. At Grosvenor Casinos, we don’t just hire people – we bring in game changers. We’ve been at the heart of the UK’s casino scene for decades, and we are on a mission to become the UK’s most loved casino brand. Sharp, commercially focused minds are needed to help us get there.
The Role
We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner who goes beyond the numbers. Someone who doesn’t just report performance but shapes it, turning data into clarity, insight into action, and action into real business impact. You’ll sit at the centre of the business, working across Finance, Operations and Commercial teams, challenging thinking, driving consistency and helping us make better decisions, faster. You will work with large, multi-source datasets across finance and operations to deliver a "single version of the truth" and drive standardisation of reporting across sites, ensuring consistency, reducing manual intervention and increasing efficiency.
What You’ll Own
- Drive performance
- Shape budgets, forecasts and long‑term plans
- Turn complex financials into clear, commercially sharp insight
- Partner with marketing and senior leaders to influence decisions that matter
Build the engine
- Create slick, scalable dashboards using Power BI + SQL
- Standardise reporting across sites – less noise, more clarity
Deliver insight that lands
- Own reporting packs that people actually use
- Spot risks, call out opportunities and surface trends
- Challenge thinking and push for better, smarter outcomes
What You Bring
- Advanced Excel and Power BI (you build, not just use)
- Strong SQL skills and experience handling complex datasets
- Background in multi‑site or retail environments (a big plus)
- Ability to translate data into simple, powerful stories
- Experience with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics (nice to have)
What we’re looking for
- You ask why, not just what
- You’re comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in it
- You challenge, influence and bring people with you
- You care about impact, not just output
- You’re highly analytical with strong attention to detail
Benefits
- Rewarding incentives and competitions that keep the excitement going
- A strong start with induction and ongoing learning to build your skills
- Work with energy and variety, shaping how we do things and making a real impact
- High standards achieved together – we support each other and celebrate shared success
- Room to grow and move forward with opportunities for progression within Grosvenor Casinos and The Rank Group
At Grosvenor Casinos and The Rank Group, we celebrate individuality and welcome applications from all backgrounds. If you need adjustments at any stage of the process, just let us know.
