You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to align our people strategy with commercial priorities, helping us build high-performing teams and deliver memorable customer experiences. Partnering with senior leaders to drive business performance through people initiatives. Leading organisational change programmes, restructures, workforce planning projects and consulting processes. Providing expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, balancing legal compliance with commercial outcomes. Driving talent, succession and capability planning across functions and regions. Using people data and insights to identify trends, influence decision making and improve business outcomes. Ensuring people practices meet regulatory, safeguarding and compliance requirements. You'll be an experienced People Partner who thrives in fast-paced, customer-focused environments and is comfortable operating at both a strategic and operational level. Significant HR Business Partnering experience with strong employment law knowledge and experience working with Unions. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to translate business priorities into impactful people plans. Experience managing complex employee relations cases and organisational risk. Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing and coaching skills. Broad HR expertise across employee relations, talent, reward, and learning & development.
