As a Food and Beverage Team Leader, your role is pivotal in orchestrating the seamless delivery of food and beverage services that not only meet but exceed customer expectations. Your leadership will inspire a team to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency, ensuring every customer enjoys an engaging experience that is flawless from start to finish.
You’ll inspire and motivate your team to provide a first-class service that leaves customers wanting to return time and time again and drive our mission to being the most loved Casinos in the UK.
Skills & Experience- Strong and inclusive leadership skills with demonstrable experience of building a high performing team.
- Experience of working in a Food & Beverage operation.
- NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality or a relevant kitchen qualification would be an advantage – but is not essential.
Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends. Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work in the UK.
