As a Designate General Manager, you’ll be preparing to run one of the UK’s most recognised and trusted casino venues. This isn’t a role about keeping things ticking over; it’s for leaders who thrive on taking ownership, who want to help shape culture, develop people, grow a business and create a place teams and customers genuinely love.
You’ll influence every part of a venue and lead teams of 35–150 people, driving culture, customer experience and performance. You will undergo three to six months of hands-on development across multiple venues, supported by some of our strongest GMs.
You’ll build one by leading on standards, people, performance and atmosphere. Support that grows with you includes personal management licence, leadership development and ongoing mentoring.
Key responsibilities include:
- Using data and insight to think outside the box in order to drive revenue, visitation and margin growth.
- Coaching and developing managers into confident future leaders.
- Experience leading large teams in high volume, customer-led environments.
- A commercial mindset with confidence using data and managing P&L.
- Proven ability to develop others and help shape a great working culture.
- Able to work a mix of daytime and evening shifts, including some weekends when needed.
