Take the lead on one of the most exciting growth opportunities in UK gaming. Slots are entering a new era and at Grosvenor Casinos, we’re ready to scale fast. With land-based reforms allowing up to 80 machines per venue, this is your chance to shape a category that’s evolving, expanding and full of commercial potential.

As our Slots Marketing Manager, you will own the national marketing strategy for electronic gaming; working across product, suppliers, venues and central marketing to grow NGR, elevate presentation, and make Grosvenor Casinos the first choice for Slots customers. This is a role for marketers who are hands on, commercially sharp, and passionate about gaming – especially Slots! Someone who understands the player mindset, knows how to build compelling campaigns, and is excited about the competitiveness of the landscape. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Creating campaigns end to end, from concept to execution across multiple channels.
  • Developing monthly marketing activity around new games, jackpots, seasonal moments.
  • Partnering with CRM, PR, Social & Venue Ops to deliver consistently great messaging.
  • Shaping supplier marketing and co‑promotions, aligning with product launches.
  • Driving brand consistency across e‑gaming assets and in venue presentation.
  • Generating insight driven plans to attract new customers.
  • Owning forecasting, budgeting and ROI analysis for promotions.
  • Ensuring activity is compliant with regulation and safer gambling guidelines.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 3 years’ marketing experience with demonstrable campaign ownership.
  • Knowledge or passion for slot machines, e‑tables or electronic gaming.
  • Strong stakeholder skills, including suppliers and operational teams.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to read performance and adjust strategy.
  • Experience in multi site or high volume consumer brands (advantageous).
  • Creative energy with attention to detail and a hands on attitude.
  • Resilience, problem solving, and the confidence to own a high impact category.
