As Casino Manager, you’ll play a central role in delivering that experience. You’ll support the General Manager in leading the casino floor with confidence, energy and commercial focus, ensuring every guest enjoys a great time, every time. This is a role for a leader who thrives in the action: someone who understands gaming, inspires teams, drives performance and champions safer gambling at every step. You’ll be at the centre of a high performing management team, shaping the casino’s culture and leading the quality of service, product and atmosphere.

What You’ll Lead & Deliver

  • Build, motivate and develop a multi skilled team who bring the Grosvenor brand experience to life across gaming, leisure, food & beverage, and hospitality.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences while upholding the highest standards of safer gambling and compliance.
  • Drive performance through a balanced scorecard across revenue, customer satisfaction, team engagement and operational excellence.
  • Act as a champion of our values: Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility and Solutions.
  • Manage shifts with precision, ensuring a safe, vibrant and commercially sharp operation.
  • Proactively grow sales, control costs and protect margin to maximise profitability.
  • Ensure full compliance with all regulation and Gaming Commission licensing requirements.

What You Bring
