Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

As Grosvenor’s Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you’ll bring a fresh perspective and a whole lot of personality to the team and support the F&B manager to drive the business to new heights.

This multifaceted role demands a unique blend of leadership skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Tasked with supporting the F&B Manager to oversee the entirety of the food and beverage department, your duties extend beyond managing a team.

You’ll oversee every culinary creation and beverage dispensed to ensure they uphold the highest standards.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager, or F&B manager in a reputable branded or independent food and beverage organisation.
• A real passion for delivering the highest standards and experience to customers.
• Experience with running a venue’s F&B social media is desirable.

Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.

Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work in the UK.
