Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Nominated Officers Team Researcher/Analyst to join our organisation in Sheffield, United Kingdom. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research and analysis to support our nominated officers team in making informed decisions and ensuring regulatory compliance.

  • Conduct comprehensive research on various topics related to corporate governance and regulatory requirements
  • Analyze complex datasets using advanced statistical methods and tools
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing research findings and recommendations
  • Collaborate with the nominated officers team to identify areas for improvement in organizational processes
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to keep the team informed of potential impacts
  • Develop and maintain databases to track and analyze key performance indicators
  • Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and compliance reports
  • Provide analytical support for strategic decision‑making processes
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in research and analysis roles, preferably in a corporate or regulatory environment
  • Excellent data analysis skills and experience working with large datasets
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct both qualitative and quantitative research
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of corporate governance structures and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with regulatory reporting and filing processes is a plus
