Job Description

Grosvenor Casino, The Victoria

As an AGC Team Leader, you will be accountable for:

  • Ensuring all customers & particularly electronic gaming customers receive high-quality customer service to facilitate their play, ensuring profitable admissions, aided by pre-approved promotions
  • Acting as Duty Manager/ key holder in the site.
  • Compliance with the Legal and Company guidelines in relation to areas such as Health and Safety, gaming requirements and audit.
  • Control and Security of all company assets
  • Ensuring our brand standards are maintained at all times.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrates evidence of engaging a team, to ensure high customer service standards are delivered, which enhance the customer experience
  • Undertake training Duty Manager/ Key holder status and is willing to complete the Key Holder (KH) assessment to support business needs.
  • The ability to obtain and / or conform to all legislative and company procedure
  • Comprehensive knowledge of electronic gaming and the factors which impact its contribution to the business, including the ability to manage the associated compliance, responsible gaming & commercial risks
  • Previous team management experience (preferred)
