Our Luton Casino are on the lookout for a friendly, enthusiastic Sports Betting Host to help us deliver an entirely new way of offering sports viewing and betting on sport in the UK.
As Sports Betting Host, You Will
- Greet and assist customers within our venue
- Process bets accurately and efficiently, ensuring all transactions are completed in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist customers with queries about betting options, odds, and how to use betting terminals.
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment, ensuring all promotional materials and displays are current and well presented.
- Monitor and replenish stock levels as necessary, including betting slips, pens, and other materials.
- Keep up to date with sporting events, betting regulations, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Support the Shop Manager with promotional activities and events.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve knowledge and skills.
Qualifications
Outside of having strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage positively with customers, you’ll need to possess good numeracy skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll also have previous customer facing experience and effective communication skills to help create a welcoming and supportive environment in our betting shop.
The role will include evenings, nights & weekends to cover all sporting events for our customers.
