Join us at Grosvenor Casino, The Rialto – a premier gaming destination in London’s west end – as our new Slots Manager, playing a key role in shaping the future of our slots operation.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a fast‑paced, customer‑focused department where energy, innovation and attention to detail are essential. You’ll take full ownership of the slots area, driving performance, elevating the customer journey and ensuring operational excellence.
Working closely with the General Manager you’ll help shape and deliver a business plan that supports the continued growth of the slots sector with a relentless focus on service, compliance and commercial success.
In This Role, You Will
- Lead the performance of the slots department, measured against financial, customer service and team metrics.
- Build and inspire a team that’s passionate about safer gambling, customer excellence and delivering a high‑quality product.
- Drive profitability through smart sales strategies and effective cost control.
- Ensure full compliance with Gambling Commission licensing requirements and champion a culture of responsible gaming.
Qualifications
- Holds a valid PML licence.
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Proven ability to engage and lead a team to consistently deliver high standards of service that enhance the customer journey.
- Comprehensive knowledge of electronic gaming, including the key drivers of performance and the ability to manage associated compliance, safer gambling and commercial risks.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with a clear understanding of how to drive profitability while maintaining regulatory standards.
