We are looking for a Poker Room Manager to join our team at Grosvenor Casino Bury New Road, Manchester.

In This Role, You Will

  • Support and guide dealers to deliver an exceptional poker experience.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, helping them feel welcome and engaged.
  • Work closely with the Management team to ensure a smooth transition from arrival to the poker table.
  • Set the standard for how the Poker Room operates – efficiently, professionally, and with energy.
  • Monitor and manage poker room performance, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and company standards.
  • Drive customer engagement through promotions, tournaments, and tailored experiences.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall casino offering.
  • Train, coach, and develop team members to maintain high service standards and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle various issues, including designing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating promotions.
  • Extensive knowledge of all poker games operated in the Poker Room.
  • Understanding of rules for both tournament and cash game play.
  • Experience in creating and leading a team.
