In This Role, You Will
- Support and guide dealers to deliver an exceptional poker experience.
- Build strong relationships with customers, helping them feel welcome and engaged.
- Work closely with the Management team to ensure a smooth transition from arrival to the poker table.
- Set the standard for how the Poker Room operates – efficiently, professionally, and with energy.
- Monitor and manage poker room performance, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and company standards.
- Drive customer engagement through promotions, tournaments, and tailored experiences.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall casino offering.
- Train, coach, and develop team members to maintain high service standards and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle various issues, including designing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating promotions.
- Extensive knowledge of all poker games operated in the Poker Room.
- Understanding of rules for both tournament and cash game play.
- Experience in creating and leading a team.
