As an F&B Team Leader, your role is pivotal in orchestrating the seamless delivery of food and beverage services that not only meet but exceed customer expectations. Your leadership will inspire a team to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency, ensuring every customer enjoys an engaging drinking and/or dining experience that is flawless from start to finish. You’ll inspire and motivate your team to provide a first-class service that leaves customers wanting to return time and time again and driving our mission to being the most loved Casinos in the UK.
Qualifications:
- Strong and inclusive leadership skills with demonstrable experience of building a high performing team.
- Experience of working in a Food & Beverage operation.
- If you have either an NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality or a relevant kitchen qualification that would be an advantage - but not essential.
