Job Description
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000
As a Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll bring a fresh perspective and a whole lot of personality to your team. You need to be confident, passionate about delivering great food and drink experiences, and able to balance professionalism with personability.
This role requires leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service. You will oversee the entire food and beverage department, ensuring high standards for all culinary and beverage offerings. You’ll also manage health and safety regulations, stock management, and work to drive our mission to become the UK’s most loved casino.
Qualifications
- Experience as a General Manager, Assistant Manager, or F&B Manager in a reputable food and beverage organization.
- Good knowledge of the food and beverage industry.
- Minimum level 3 food safety certification (current or expired).
- Passion for delivering high standards and customer experience.
