Are you ready to lead the launch of our exciting new American-inspired dining experience?
As our Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll bring energy, creativity, and a whole lot of personality to the team as we introduce a mouthwatering menu of premium steaks and gourmet burgers.
You’ll be confident in your abilities, passionate about delivering unforgettable food and drink experiences, and able to strike the perfect balance between professionalism and approachability.
This dynamic role calls for a unique blend of leadership, attention to detail, and a genuine love for exceptional customer service. You’ll oversee the entire food and beverage operation, ensuring every steak is seared to perfection and every burger is served with flair.

Qualifications
- Experience as an Assistant Manager, or F&B manager in a reputable branded or independent food and beverage organisation
- A good level of knowledge of the food and beverage industry
- Minimum level 3 food safety. (Either current or expired)
- A real passion for delivering the highest standards and experience to customers
