Job Description
As Grosvenor’s Food and Beverage Manager within our venue in Didsbury, you’ll bring a fresh perspective and a whole lot of personality to your team.
This multifaceted role demands a unique blend of leadership skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Tasked with overseeing the entirety of the food and beverage department, your duties extend beyond managing a team. You’ll oversee every culinary creation and beverage dispensed to ensure they uphold the highest standards
To Succeed In This Role, You Will
- To manage all aspects of the food and beverage operation within the casino
- To deliver exceptional guest experience in line with Grosvenor Casino brand standards
- Take full ownership over front of house, back of house, licensed bar and special event activities
- Recruit, develop and retain a skilled and engaged food and beverage team
- Own the financial and budgetary performance of the food and beverage operation, delivering both revenue and margin targets
- Create a culture of personal and professional development within the F&B team
- Take full ownership of all health and safety and food safety management in the F&B operation
Qualifications
- Experience as a General Manager, Assistant Manager, or F&B manager in a reputable branded or independent food and beverage organisations along with hospitality or leisure companies
- A real passion for delivering the highest standards and experience to customers
- Able to work night shifts & weekends, to ensure presence at peak business times
- Aged 18 + & right to work in the UK
