Job Description
Giving a high quality professional service to our customers shows them how much we value them. As a Grosvenor customer valet driver, you’ll be the first and last point of contact for our guests, you are responsible for parking and returning vehicles safely ensuring the security of their vehicles, as well maintaining a clean and secure garage.
- Ensure through your professionalism, appearance and interaction that your customers feel their car will be looked after safely and securely.
- Be committed to providing the highest level of customer service ensuring your department is always cleaned and maintained.
- Make sure no unauthorised vehicles are parked in the unit’s car park, or in any parking spaces reserved for or allocated to the unit.
- Maintain the casino VIP car to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Ensure you behave in a way that promotes safer gambling.
Qualifications
- Hold a full clean UK driving licence
- Previous experience as driver (desirable)
- Must be 18+ and have right to work in the UK
Full and part time positions available - the role will include night shifts & weekends.
Salary from £28,433 per annum (Based on full time hours).
