Overview
Grosvenor Casino, The Victoria (Edgware Road, London, W2 2DT) is looking for a Customer Service Host. In this role you will be the welcoming face of our gaming floor, creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests and attending to their needs.
- Setting a friendly and engaging tone throughout the gaming floor.
- Ensuring guests feel valued and entertained.
- Collaborating closely with other team members to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
- Understanding of the electronic gaming offer and willingness to learn.
- Experience in a hospitality role.
- Positive attitude, excellent customer service and social skills.
- Team player mindset, ensuring delivery of high customer service standards.
- Arabic speaking skills required.
