Job Description: As a Sous Chef, you’ll play an integral role in the Kitchen, balancing team dynamics, culinary excellence, financial responsibilities, and leading in the head chef’s absence. This position demands a culinary expert with exceptional leadership abilities and unwavering composure. So, if you’re enthusiastic about self‑development as well as team development, while embracing opportunities to improve your skills and knowledge along with the teams wherever possible, you could build a long and rewarding career as a Sous Chef with us. Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality is preferred but not essential
