GROSSDALE is a dedicated Home Care Provider, committed to delivering high-quality health and social care. We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Care / Support Workers to join our team in London Boroughs, Waltham Forest, Haringey, Havering and Enfield.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting service users with personal care, medication administration, emotional and well-being support, and helping them become independent in carrying out daily activities.

Training and Development

At GROSSDALE, we believe in nurturing our staff. We provide comprehensive health and social care training, including free training while working. This includes specialist care training in areas such as Peg Feeding, Diabetes Care, and Medication Administration. Foundation in Health and Social Care – Care Certificate Accredited training, including Diploma in Care (Levels 2, 3 and 4) Certificates in Champion in Healthcare, Ambassador in Care, and potential Healthcare Worker of the Year.
