About the role

We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to work directly with our Founder and Managing Director; an engaged and diligent right hand to support us across multiple departments of the business. As in any true scale-up, projects and opportunities can crop up fast and therefore this role leans more operational than administrative as you respond to whatever keeps the business moving. The role will touch almost every corner of the business, but as a guide, you could expect to be involved in the following:

  • Manage calendars, inboxes and day-to-day admin for the Founder and MD
  • Oversee routine HR tasks such as onboarding and people ops
  • Manage legal, supplier
