We are looking for an experienced and motivated Vehicle Technician to join our busy and professional team. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Motor Vehicle Technician to join our team. Responsibilities include:
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles (Car, HGV & PSV).
- Performing repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical components.
- Managing workload effectively in a busy workshop.
- Having strong knowledge of vehicle schematics and mechanical systems.
- Experience in assembly, disassembly, and repair of automotive components.
- Good understanding of maintenance procedures for various vehicle types.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic.
- Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Mechanics (or equivalent).
- Willingness to train in other areas of work including MOT testing.
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm.
- Every other Saturday: 8:30am – 12:00 noon.
- Occasional overtime will be required to support busy periods.
Benefits:
- 28 days holiday plus bank holidays.
- Pay: From £18.00 per hour.
- Expected hours: 40 – 43.5 per week.
