The Role
Groomfield Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive to join our client's busy sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administration experience who enjoys speaking with customers, building relationships and supporting the sales process. You will be responsible for managing customer orders from initial enquiry through to dispatch, responding to queries, preparing quotations and working closely with customers, external sales teams, transport providers and internal departments. The role also includes outbound sales activity, giving you the opportunity to develop existing customer relationships, re-engage inactive accounts and identify opportunities to increase sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently through to dispatch.
- Check stock availability and respond to customer queries relating to pricing, discounts and products.
- Build strong relationships with customers through regular telephone and email contact.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues relating to orders, deliveries, credits and debits. xgikmsk
