Transport Planner to join their growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in planning and coordinating school transport services, ensuring routes operate safely, efficiently and reliably.
What you'll be doing: Planning and optimising transport routes and timetables.
Managing route changes due to road closures and operational requirements.
Communicating service updates to customers and operators.
Administering pass applications and allocations.
Maintaining accurate transport and customer records.
Providing excellent customer service by handling enquiries and resolving issues.
Supporting continuous improvements across our transport planning operation.
What we're looking for: At least 1 years' experience in transport planning, scheduling or logistics.
Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
A customer-focused approach with the ability to build strong working relationships.
