Role Purpose

The primary objective of this role is to manage the day-to-day transport operations, ensuring all customer deliveries are completed on time and in excellent condition, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and efficiency.

As Transport Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading, managing, and motivating a team of drivers, including daily allocation of routes and workloads
  • Ensuring driver pre-briefs, debriefs, and Proof of Delivery (POD) processes are completed accurately
  • Overseeing vehicle maintenance, servicing, and compliance, ensuring accurate records are maintained
  • Managing tachograph records and ensuring full compliance with regulations
