About the Role
Our client is looking for an organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Technical Administrator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting with administrative tasks, but has technical knowledge or an engineering background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the engineering teams.
- Speak with customers regarding their orders and recommend what they need.
- Prepare, update, and maintain technical documentation, reports, and records.
- Coordinate customer enquiries and allocate work to the appropriate team members.
- Schedule inspections, maintenance visits, and project activities.
- Raise purchase orders, quotations, and other related documents.
