Groomfield Recruitment are currently recruiting a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and well-established warehouse operation based in B78, Tamworth . This is a full-time role offering stable hours , a competitive hourly rate , and a supportive working environment.
Location: B78 – Tamworth Pay Rate: £12.69 per hour Hours: Monday to Thursday: 09:00 – 17:30 / Friday: 09:00 – 17:15
This position would suit someone reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Picking and packing orders accurately
Loading and unloading goods
General warehouse duties including housekeeping
Working to health & safety guidelines
Meeting productivity and quality targets
What We're Looking For:
Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential
Good attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team
Reliable and punctual
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
