Job Type: 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday | Permanent

This is not a position that will include cold calling or sales. We're looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to join a growing and successful business based in Tamworth. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key part of a strong team, providing essential support to customers and colleagues while ensuring the sales process runs smoothly from enquiry through to order completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer enquiries via telephone and email.
  • Preparing and issuing quotations.
  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently into the system.
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
  • Building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records on the CRM system.
  • Monitoring availability and delivery schedules.
  • Providing administrative support to the wider sales team.
  • Resolving customer queries professionally and promptly.
  • Following up quotations and keeping customers updated on their orders.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, Customer Service or Account Administration role.
  • Ideally worked within Logistics or Freight.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
  • Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
