The predicted salary is between 13 - 14 £ per hour.
Pay Rate: £13.25 per hour (increasing to £14.56 after 3-month probation) PLUS Shift Allowance of £1.72 per hour extra (after 4:30pm Monday Thursday and 12:45 on a Friday).
Hours: 12:00-8:30pm Monday Thursday / 12:00-6:30pm Friday
Contract: Permanent

We are a well-established and growing company based in Tamworth, currently looking to recruit an experienced Fitter to join our skilled production team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a strong eye for detail, pride in workmanship, and experience fitting and finishing trim components to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fitting and assembling trim and interior components
- Working with materials such as fabric, leather, vinyl, plastics, and foam
- Using hand and power tools safely and accurately
- Reading and following job specifications and drawings
- Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Working as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines
About You:
- Proven experience as a fitter (automotive, manufacturing, or similar environment preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and with a positive work attitude
