As an Events & Partnerships Executive, you'll play a key role in bringing our brand to life through high-impact events, exhibitions, and partner marketing activity. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you'll coordinate logistics and manage partner engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and deliver all marketing-led events including exhibitions, conferences, partner events, industry trade shows and roadshows.
- Ensure all event activity aligns with the brand's guidelines, marketing strategy and campaign objectives.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics including venue booking, stand build, AV, catering, suppliers, merchandise, print and signage.
- Deliver pre-event promotion through social media, email communications and lead generation activity.
- Oversee on-the-day delivery to ensure a professional, high-quality brand presence.
- Coordinate post-event follow-up including lead processing, content capture, reporting and insight sharing.
- Track, analyse and report on event performance, KPIs and ROI.
- Coordinate joint marketing campaigns, co-branded content, partner promotions and initiatives (working with agencies where required).
- Maintain and update partner onboarding packs, marketing collateral, product materials and sales enablement assets.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Compliance and Marketing teams to ensure all activity supports business priorities and aligns with approved messaging and brand.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience coordinating marketing events, trade shows or partner marketing activity.
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable representing the Marketing team at external events and partner meetings.
- High attention to detail and ability to work at pace.
- Competent using PowerPoint, Excel and standard marketing documentation tools.
