Salary: £13.37 per hour

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 28.5 hours 09.00 - 15.00 or 10.00 - 16.00, flexible on hours and 12.30 finish on Friday.

Our client, a well-established and growing business, is seeking a proactive and analytical Data Administrator to join their team. This is a varied role supporting multiple functions across the business through BI reporting, SAP price file maintenance, sales administration, and customer service support.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce relevant analytical data and BI reporting to support business decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports and track key business initiatives.
  • Maintain and update SAP price files accurately and efficiently.
  • Work closely with the external sales team to ensure pricing and customer information is up to date.
  • Coordinate SIOP and OSMI reporting and related activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the customer service team as required.
  • Issue PODs and maintain hard copy filing of purchase orders and delivery notes.
  • Attend meetings and provide support across the wider business where needed.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and support internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience within Sales Administration, Data Administration, or a similar support role.
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data and reporting.
  • BI reporting experience would be advantageous.
  • Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
  • Proactive and flexible approach with a can-do attitude.
  • GCSE Maths and English (Grade C / Level 5 or above).
