Salary: £24,000 + uncapped commission (realistic OTE £35,000)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break. After the training period, one day per week will be 9:00am - 5:30pm with a 1-hour lunch. No evenings or weekends.
About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and people-focused organisation seeking a confident and adaptable Collections Executive to join their close-knit team. This role requires someone who is comfortable making independent decisions while working within clearly defined processes and procedures. As the business operates on behalf of multiple clients, the successful candidate must be adaptable and able to balance internal policies with varying client expectations, all while delivering a consistently high standard of customer service.

Collections Executive Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers to discuss and agree solutions for owed payments.
- Handle inbound calls, resolving account queries professionally and efficiently.
- Take secure payments over the phone in line with compliance requirements.
- Balance customer needs with company objectives and client expectations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records.
- Deliver excellent customer service, even during sensitive or challenging conversations.
- Make informed decisions independently while adhering to internal processes and procedures.
