We are working with a well-established housing provider in the West Midlands who are seeking a Supported Scheme Officer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of older tenants, helping them to live independently in a safe and supportive environment.
The Role
As a Supported Scheme Officer, you will:

Manage the day-to-day running of a supported housing scheme.

Provide support and advice to tenants, including welfare and benefits guidance.

Act as a key link between tenants and external support agencies.

Manage and motivate volunteers.

Organise and support tenant engagement activities, meetings, and events.

Ensure compliance with health & safety, safeguarding, and tenancy policies.

Support tenants with wellbeing matters, including sensitive situations.
This is a customer-facing position that requires flexibility, including some unsociable hours and participation in an on-call rota (with allowance).
The Person
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

Previous experience in housing, care, or a similar support role.

The Offer
