This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing sales professional to drive revenue growth by securing new business through solution-led engagement with senior decision-makers. This role is ideal for a proactive hunter who thrives in a field-based environment, managing medium-term sales cycles and converting warm and hot leads into commercially significant opportunities. The mission of this role is to drive revenue growth within an allocated territory by onboarding new clients through professional, solution-led engagement with senior decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Owning and executing the new-business growth strategy for your territory
- Identifying, qualifying, and pursuing high-quality prospects aligned with strategic goals
- Leading the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to commercial agreement and contract sign-off
- Developing tailored, solution-based proposals aligned with customer needs and project requirements
- Managing medium-term sales cycles, maintaining momentum and stakeholder engagement throughout
- Negotiating Heads of Terms, Supply Agreements, and commercial frameworks in collaboration with internal teams
- Representing the organisation professionally in senior-level, face-to-face and virtual meetings
- Working closely with Internal Sales Executives to ensure smooth handovers once deals are secured
Key Skills and Attributes
- Proven experience in new-business, hunter-led sales within B2B, solution-based, or contract-led environments
- Strong ability to manage medium-term sales cycles from initial contact through to contract close
- Confidence engaging and influencing senior decision-makers across multiple stakeholders
- Commercial acumen with experience negotiating Heads of Terms, Supply Agreements, and contractual frameworks
- Strategic thinking with the ability to build and prioritise a high-quality sales pipeline
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both face-to-face and virtual
