Groomfield Recruitment are looking for a Pivot / Bendi FLT Driver for their client based in STAFFORD ST 16.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 1400-2200
Rate of Pay: £13.50 per hour
Duties:
- Operate and drive FLEXI/BENDI truck vehicle
- Stock picking, stock rotation and allocation
- Ensuring stock is picked and packed in a fast and safe routine
- Hitting pick targets
- Working within a team as well as alone at times
- Maintain accurate records of stock picks, orders, deliveries, and truck maintenance
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff regarding orders, schedules, and any potential issues that may arise
- Assist with loading and unloading goods at the warehouse
Requirements:
- Valid and in-date FLT FLEXI/BENDI licence
- Proven experience as a FLEXI/BENDI driver within a warehouse environment
- Ability to do off-truck work also, such as picking and packing stock as well as palletising
- Ability to perform manual handling of stock up to 25KG
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet delivery deadlines
- A strong commitment to safety practices while on the road
