Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer enquiries via telephone and email.
- Preparing and issuing quotations.
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently into the system.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Maintaining accurate customer records on the CRM system.
