We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Sales Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of a busy and growing online commercial function. Working closely with the E-commerce Key Account Manager, this role will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of sales and ecommerce administration, customer support, order processing, pricing accuracy, and internal coordination across departments.
This is a varied and administration-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep processes running efficiently while delivering excellent support to both customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the E-commerce Key Account Manager
- Process and manage ecommerce orders, ensuring accuracy and timely turnaround
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, and order updates via email and internal systems
- Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory information across ecommerce platforms
- Assist with monitoring sales, pricing, and order data to support commercial decision-making
- Support the coordination of customer accounts and ongoing account activity
- Liaise with internal departments including purchasing, marketing, customer service, and warehouse teams
- Ensure all customer and order records are kept up to date and accurate
- Assist with process improvements and general administrative duties across the ecommerce function
- Support the wider team with operational and commercial administration tasks as required
- Previous experience within administration, ecommerce support, commercial administration, sales support, sales administrator or customer service
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and prioritising workload effectively
- Confident communicator with a professional and supportive approach
- Good IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office and internal systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- A proactive and reliable team player with a positive attitude
