About the Role
We are looking for a Certification & Compliance Coordinator to join the Personal Safety Division of a leading global organisation. The role will support product recertification activities and the preparation for a move to a new location. You will be responsible for maintaining regulatory and technical documentation, supporting product certification activities and ensuring information is accurate and up to date across company systems. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable working with technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities as a Certification & Compliance Coordinator:
- Prepare regulatory documentation for product certification schemes.
- Support the team with regulatory and corporate changes to existing products.
- Prepare mark-ups and request changes to product packaging and labels.
- Scan, organise and archive technical files.
- Support the shipment of regulatory samples for testing.
- Maintain documentation across divisional and corporate systems.
- Carry out routine regulatory tasks for both new and existing products.
- Work independently as well as collaboratively with different teams.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, well organised and completed to a high standard.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience working in an office environment involving technical, regulatory or critical documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Experience creating, editing, proofreading or managing documents.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple pieces of work.
- A flexible, self-motivated approach to work.
- The ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a diverse team.
Desirable Skills & Experience
The following would be advantageous but are not essential:
- Knowledge of PPE products, relevant standards and regulatory frameworks.

- A bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering discipline.
