Groomfield Recruitment are currently recruiting several Production Operatives on behalf of their well-established client based in Tamworth B78. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for a stable, full-time position with consistent morning shifts.

Location: Tamworth, B78

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pm

Duties Include:

  • Machine minding and ensuring production equipment runs efficiently
  • Loading and unloading machinery with materials and finished products
  • Carrying out repetitive production tasks to meet daily targets
  • Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
  • Assembling, packing and inspecting products to quality standards
  • Conducting basic quality checks throughout the production process
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area
  • Always following health and safety procedures
  • Working as part of a team to achieve production targets

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Experience of machine operating or machine minding is advantageous
  • Comfortable carrying out repetitive tasks throughout the shift
  • Good attention to detail and quality
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
