Operations Administrator
Location- Tamworth
Contract- Maternity Cover, 12 months
Salary- £24,000 per year + Bonuses
Monday to Thursday 09.00 to 17.30 (Friday 17.00)

Youll play a vital role in supporting the Operations and Sales teams with daily administrative tasks, customer service, documentation processing, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Operations team
Communicate professionally with customers and suppliers via phone and email
Create, send, and check documentation accurately
Perform data input and calculations based on specific schemes and yields
Use external portals to produce documentation for partner organisations
Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) checks and perform internal searches
Assist the Sales team with diary management and task follow-ups
Ensure compliance with internal policies and uphold company values
