Hours: 9.00am until 5.00pm (including occasional Saturdays for exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities) Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and commercially minded Customer Sales Administrator to join their growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building customer relationships, generating new business, and delivering outstanding customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing and converting coach hire quotations, developing relationships with customers and tour operators, and contributing to the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities Gather customer requirements and prepare tailored coach hire quotations.
Provide advice on vehicle options, onboard facilities, pricing, and service offerings.
Manage and follow up quotation pipelines using CRM systems to maximise conversion rates.
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business.
Work closely with the Operations Team to ensure customer requirements are communicated effectively.
Generate new business through outbound calls, email campaigns, networking events, and customer referrals.
Re-engage lapsed customers and identify opportunities within target markets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and seasonal demand to maximise sales opportunities.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Represent the business professionally at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within CRM systems.
Contribute ideas to improve sales processes, customer experience, and revenue generation.
