Certification & Compliance Coordinator
to join the Personal Safety Division of a leading global organisation. The role will support product recertification activities and the preparation for a move to a new location. You will be responsible for maintaining regulatory and technical documentation, supporting product certification activities and ensuring information is accurate and up to date across company systems. This is a great opportunity for someone who is
highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable working with technical documentation . Key Responsibilities as a Certification & Compliance Coordinator: Prepare regulatory documentation for product certification schemes. Support the team with regulatory and corporate changes to existing products. Prepare mark-ups and request changes to product packaging and labels. Scan, organise and archive technical files. Support the shipment of regulatory samples for testing. Maintain documentation across divisional and corporate systems. Carry out routine regulatory tasks for both new and existing products. Work independently as well as collaboratively with different teams. Ensure documentation is accurate, well organised and completed to a high standard. About You The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience working in an office environment involving
technical, regulatory or critical documentation . Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Experience creating, editing, proofreading or managing documents. Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly
Word and Excel . The ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple pieces of work. A flexible, self-motivated approach to work. The ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a diverse team. Desirable Skills & Experience The following would be advantageous but are
not essential : Knowledge of PPE products, relevant standards and regulatory frameworks. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working within a multinational organisation. A bachelors degree in a scientific or engineering discipline. Important Information Candidates should have relevant office-based experience involving technical or important documentation. Excellent grammar, spelling and attention to detail are essential.
