We are currently recruiting on behalf of our valued client in Tamworth (B79) for a reliable and motivated Factory Operative to join their busy manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking stable employment, ongoing training, and the potential to secure a permanent contract following a successful probationary period.
Hours of Work: 06:00 to 16:30, 4 days per week (Monday to Friday rotation) (No Weekends)
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (£12.71 from 1st April), £0.43 per hour pay increase after successful probation
