We are recruiting for a successful and growing company based in Tamworth. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is driven to succeed and wants to be financially rewarded.
Salary: £23,800 plus uncapped commission
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 (1 day 17:30 finish but not on a Friday)

The Role:
- Making outbound calls to business customers to discuss outstanding debt
- Answering incoming calls and dealing with queries
- Asking questions to understand the clients' financial situation
- Providing exceptional customer service while handling sensitive financial information
- Organising payment plans with customers
- Collecting outstanding debt on behalf of organisations
- General administration including sending emails and correspondence
- Building customer rapport
- Updating, cleansing and maintaining the database
Skills and Experience:
- Customer Service experience and confident communicator
- Confident and driven with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with others
- Comfortable to speak to people about sensitive subjects
