Our valued client is actively seeking a Compliance Coordinator to join their friendly team at their Head Office (East Midlands). They are seeking a Compliance Coordinator to join them on a full time, permanent basis. You will be part of an expanding business, who have continued to create a family feel as they have grown.

As a Compliance Coordinator, you will be expected to:
- Schedule and book fleet maintenance events with third-party providers.
- Communicate with customers to coordinate appointments and preferences.
- Track maintenance progress and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within Simply Objects.
- Provide customers with maintenance planners and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Fleet, Rental, Sales, Finance) and external partners.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in customer service or transport coordination.
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with commercial vehicles and fleet systems a plus.
