Salary: £39,000 - £41,000
Working Hours: 35 hours per week Monday to Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm and Friday 9:00am - 4:30pm. Flexibility is required as some evening and out of hours work will be necessary to support meetings and events.
This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused housing professional to take ownership of tenant engagement, community partnership activity and customer satisfaction initiatives across the organisation. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring tenants have a strong voice, services continue to improve, and the organisation remains compliant with consumer standards and regulatory expectations.
The purpose of the role is to lead and develop customer engagement strategies, strengthen relationships with tenants and external partners, oversee tenant satisfaction measures and complaints performance, and ensure the organisation delivers a high-quality, inclusive and customer-focused service.
