We're recruiting on behalf of a thriving financial services company based in Tamworth, with one full-time and two part-time roles available.

Full Time: 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday

Part Time: 9:30am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday

This is not a sales position. Instead, you'll be speaking with customers to discuss overdue accounts, helping them find suitable payment arrangements in a professional, supportive, and understanding way.

The Role

As a Collections Advisor, you'll play an important part in supporting customers to bring their accounts back on track while providing outstanding customer service throughout every interaction. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Making outbound calls to customers with overdue invoice payments, with the aim of resolving each case during the first conversation. Calls are made through an auto-dialler, so there's no need to manually select who to contact next.
  • Answering inbound calls relating to overdue accounts and general customer enquiries.
  • Processing card payments securely and efficiently over the phone.
  • Sending copy invoices, account statements, and any other relevant documentation when requested.

This is a customer-focused role where strong communication skills, empathy, and a solution-driven approach are essential.

Experience Required:

  • Previous telephone experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with a genuine customer-first attitude.
  • A calm, professional manner and the ability to handle challenging conversations confidently.
