This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic and inspirational leader to drive commercial growth, lead a high-performing team, and shape the future direction of the business.

The mission of this role is to manage and develop the sales team to ensure each sales territory delivers year-on-year growth in revenue and profitability, in line with targets set by the Board.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing leadership, management, and accountability for a team of 18 employees
  • Driving daily sales activity and ensuring the achievement of revenue and profit targets
  • Motivating and inspiring the sales team through positive leadership and short-term incentives
  • Monitoring individual and team productivity to maximise performance
  • Leading recruitment, training, and development initiatives to strengthen team capability
  • Conducting regular performance reviews, coaching, and mentoring to support professional growth
  • Fostering a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive work environment aligned with company values
  • Providing weekly reports on performance, action items, and strategic initiatives to senior management
  • Organising and leading follow-up meetings to track progress and address challenges
  • Developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Building a high-performance, results-driven culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement
  • Reporting directly to the Managing Director and Board on performance, market opportunities, and risks
  • Conducting market analysis and benchmarking to remain competitive and drive strategic decisions
  • Managing team resources effectively to ensure operational efficiency
  • Upholding and promoting company values at every opportunity
