As the Online Commercial & Ecommerce Executive, you'll work closely with the E-commerce Key Account Manager to maximise revenue, reduce margin leakage, improve customer responsiveness, and ensure a seamless online customer experience. This is a high-energy, hands-on commercial role where performance is measured through sales activity, margin improvement, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and act on opportunities to increase GP%, reduce margin leakage, and optimise pricing and order quantities.
- Manage and support outgoing e-commerce orders, ensuring fast turnaround and an excellent customer experience.
- Support the E-commerce Key Account Manager with enquiries, quoting, and customer communication to enable focus on higher-value accounts.
- Analyse e-commerce sales and order data to identify growth, profitability, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Support optimisation of the end-to-end e-commerce customer journey, from enquiry through to post-purchase.
- Maintain e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory visibility.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, purchasing, and customer service teams to improve performance and retention.
- Provide day-to-day commercial and operational support across account activity and customer management.
- Experience in e-commerce, inside sales, commercial operations, or account support.
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on margin, pricing, and profitability.
- Confident communicator with a proactive, commercially driven mindset.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and order data.
- High attention to detail and strong operational discipline.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
