Salary: Circa Β£30,000 per annum plus bonus

Location: Cannock

Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30-17:00 / Friday 08:30-15:00

What You'll Do:

  • Research companies, markets, and key decision-makers to identify high-quality business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate lead and account data in the CRM, ensuring clean, actionable records for the team.
  • Provide prioritised lead lists, market intelligence, and insights to support business development activity.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry news to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Produce clear reports, summaries, and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and managing high-quality data (desirable).
  • Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and cleaning.
